Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Costs

Orders within the Netherlands have a shipping fee of €5.50, while shipments to Belgium cost €7.45. For all other international destinations, shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout after you enter your address details. Rates depend on the destination country and shipping zone via the PostNL / Delivery app.

All products are shipped as parcels via PostNL and include a Track & Trace code, which you’ll receive by email once your order is dispatched.

Delivered, But Not Received?

If your parcel is delivered to a PostNL collection point, we receive proof of shipment and delivery, which we keep as evidence. If your Track & Trace shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, we cannot be held responsible.

Delivery Time

Orders placed on business days before 17:00 (5:00 PM) are shipped the same day via PostNL. You’ll receive the Track & Trace code at the email address you provided. When temperatures exceed 22°C nationwide, we don’t ship handmade chocolate products. Once the weather permits, we’ll send them in order of purchase. While we can’t control the weather, we’ll do our best to ship your order quickly.

Parcel Not Received?

Check your Track & Trace code in your shipping confirmation email to see if delivery times have changed. Also, confirm that your delivery address is correct. If you got a “not at home” notice, your parcel might be with a neighbour or scheduled for a new delivery. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
