        Chocolatier LOLO started small, at the kitchen table, where I discovered and refined my passion for chocolate. What began as a loving experiment grew into a deep dedication to creating luxurious chocolate of exceptional quality. We now serve over 36,000 customers online, supply more than 60 stores, and have over 70,000 followers on TikTok who follow our passion daily.         What is the delivery time of my order?

        If you place your order on a business day before 23:59 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. We aim to deliver within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

        For orders over €100, we offer free shipping WORLDWIDE. For orders under this amount, we charge €6.95 for parcels and €4.49 (IN THE NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM). for letterbox shipments – always stylishly and carefully packaged.

        Of course. You have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, for hygienic reasons, opened or melted products cannot be returned.
